Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a fiery assertion Wednesday about President Joe Biden’s “lawlessness” on the southern border.
Abbott accused Biden of violating his constitutional responsibility to implement federal immigration legal guidelines and defend the states, claiming that Texas has a proper to defend itself towards the “invasion” of unlawful immigrants crossing the border.
He invoked the state’s “proper of self-defense” and established its constitutional authority to take action, saying it “supersedes all federal statutes on the contrary.”

Abbott’s assertion castigating President Biden follows a latest Supreme Courtroom ruling permitting federal brokers to take away concertina wire put in by Texas on the border.
