This week we want to announce a brand new partnership between the BC Alliance for Arts + Tradition and The Bandish Community. The Bandish Community supplies trade assist, engagement, illustration and advocacy for the pan-Indus Valley group of presenters, artists, cultural staff and organisations.
Our partnership with the Conventional Indian Arts Initiative will intention to satisfy the rising wants of BC’s Indian arts and tradition communities. With this initiative we hope to encourage intergenerational and intercultural connectivity and assist dwell performing arts.
By means of ongoing engagement and mentorship initiatives, we’ll highlight cultural presenters, tasks, educators and training and itinerant artists from conventional Indian disciplines.
We sit up for working with the Bandish Community to assist their goal: to radiate, disseminate, and educate curated, traditionally knowledgeable artwork.
